I love food.

And I want everyone to be able enjoy their food too.

 

The aim of the game with food intolerances is to discover what you're reacting to, remove it for a certain period of time, heal up the gut, then begin reintroducing.

 

If you stay "low FODMAP" or "low carb" or "xyz" for too long you run the risk of becoming deficient in nutrients. And bored. And socially isolated.
