READY TO EAT AGAIN

Feeling bloated, reactive, and stuck on the same short list of safe foods? Here's a step-by-step way to start expanding what you eat within 7 days.

Finally, a clear way to eat more foods again, without the bloating, the guessing, or starting over every time.

Feel like you're doing everything right?

If you're constantly bloated, feel like your stomach has a mind of its own, and you've narrowed your diet down to a small list of "safe" foods just to feel normal, this is for you.

You're not being dramatic. You're not broken. And you're not going to feel this restricted forever.

You just need a method. A specific, staged way to reintroduce foods that your gut can actually follow.

That's exactly what this is.

"Reflecting back on how scared and heartbroken I was before starting to work wtih Kirsten, and comparing it to how hopeful and confident I am feeling today is a night and day difference. My tastebuds are singing again!

I have not tolerated fruit in about 6 years. If you had told me 6 months ago I'd be eating kiwis and apples and bananas in July, I'm not sure I would have believed you.

Kirsten's methods have taught me that every day I can make small improvements that add up over weeks and months. For the first time in 7 years I feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I'm so grateful."

About Kirsten

I've been where you are.

In my early 30s, living in Bali, I was surviving on chicken, eggs, and tuna. Every fruit, every vegetable, every normal meal made me bloated and inflamed. I stopped surfing because I was embarrassed in my bikini. I stopped going to yoga. I turned down dinners with friends because I didn't know what I could eat.

It turned out I had SIBO, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, something I'd never even heard of at the time. I'd cleared it with herbal antimicrobials, but then made the mistake of reintroducing everything at once. My body wasn't ready. The bloating came back and I didn't know why.

What finally worked was going slowly, in the right order, one stage at a time. I built my tolerance back methodically, and now I eat freely. I travel, I eat out, I don't think about my gut from one meal to the next.

That staged approach is what I've taught my clients for years. It's what this course is built on.
