Submit Your Intake
Complete our intake form. This includes your health history, symptoms, what you've tried, and a question about investment (so I know you're genuinely ready to work together).  We require this form back within 48 hours to secure your call.Â
The Strategy Call
We meet via Zoom for 15 minutes. I review your case, ask clarifying questions, and if you've submitted test results, we go through those together.
Pairing & Booking
If we're a good fit, I'll match you with the team member whose specialties align with your needs. We book your initial consultation right there on the call.
