• 1 x 1 hour initial consultation. Before the appointment you will be asked to complete a detailed Health Intake Form. We will then spend time going through the form and over any test results you have before the consult. This gives us a good indication of which questions to ask you during your appointment.

• 8 x follow up consultations. What good is eliminating or reintroducing certain foods or implementing a certain protocol if you’re not measuring the results and reacting in real time?

  You get regular, consistent support from a SIBO expert so that you can actually understand what’s happening to your body and why.

• A personalized treatment plan specific to you, based on your health history, other conditions and relevant test results.

• Find out what caused your SIBO / digestive issues in the first place.

• Invaluable knowledge about YOUR body and how it works.

• Weekly private coaching sessions (3 per month with a break last week of each month). Our one-to-one consultations are all fully remote, meaning that no matter where you are in the world, or where you are with your health, we can help you get on the road to recovery!

• Handouts, food lists and recipes - for you to introduce at the time your body can handle it. 

• All your questions answered during your 1:1 consultation with a specialist who understands your symptoms, knows what is causing them, and can quickly get you on the right treatment protocol for a fast recovery!
