Eating carnivore may reduce your symptoms…for a little while.  But it is not the answer, the rebound effect is awful.

We tend to see there’s a 3 month window where someone might feel better (less bloated, less brain fog), then it’s downhill from there.

And the longer you stay carnivore the harder it will be to come back out.

We need the fibre from plant foods to feed our good bacteria in our microbiome.
