SPICY SOUR SMOOTHIE

This spicy sour smoothie is just the thing you need to give your day a fresh kickstart! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Coconut milk

1 inch piece Ginger

15 Spinach leaves

1/2 Lemon peeled

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.

VIRGIN CARROT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

2 Tomatoes

2 Carrots

2 Celery stalks

Lemon juice

Water

1 tsp Tabasco sauce

Method:

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
