Why I Created This Program
I built Reset & Refresh because I remember exactly what it felt like to not have the bandwidth for anything complex.
When I first cleared my own SIBO years ago, the overgrowth was gone, but it took time for my body to actually feel well again. My digestion was still sensitive, my energy was inconsistent and I was constantly trying to work out which foods were helping or hindering. I didn’t need another protocol. I needed structure, stability and a way to settle everything down so my system could properly reset.
Over the years, I’ve seen the same pattern in hundreds of clients. They’re not “unwell enough” for a full treatment plan, but they’re also not feeling as good as they could. Their habits may have slipped a bit, their bloating has crept back in, their energy isn’t steady, and the idea of restarting a major protocol feels overwhelming. What they actually need is a gentle three week reset - nothing extreme, nothing complicated, just simple food, daily support and a way to calm inflammation and get their body into a better rhythm again.
Reset & Refresh is the program I wish I had at that stage. A short, guided reset that helps you feel clearer, lighter and more comfortable in your body, without having to turn your whole life upside down. It’s the bridge between “I don’t feel great” and “I’m ready for something deeper,”.
How the reset works
We use one overarching protocol that shifts focus throughout the three weeks:
Week 1: Add in
We start by adding nourishment, stability and digestive support. This begins calming inflammation and settling the system so everything feels easier.
Week 2: Lighten the load
We temporarily reduce the foods and habits that drive bloating, cravings, puffiness, heaviness and that “off” feeling. Gentle, doable, not restrictive.
Week 3: Broaden back out
We build variety back in so you don’t end the reset feeling limited. You’ll finish eating more foods, not fewer.
All recipes are simple, everyday meals. No complicated prep or unusual ingredients.

It’s also suitable for people with SIBO who want symptom relief, but it is not a SIBO treatment protocol. Overgrowth requires antimicrobials, which we won’t be doing in this program.

It’s not for people who are:
- Wanting a personalized treatment plan
- Looking to heal complex or chronic conditions in three weeks
- Wanting a full antimicrobial protocol
- Expecting medical testing or supplement-heavy strategies
It can be a great starting point before deeper work, and often makes a full protocol easier because the body is calmer and more regulated.
