How does it work?
We'll start you off with a single appointment ($350).
From there we'll have a great understanding of what's going on with you and potentially what's causing all your symptoms.
Following your first consultation, we'll be able to make recommendations of what treatment you'll need going forward.
We often do recommend working closely together with us within a 3 month timeframe, as there's so much to go through and this will get you better quickest, and in the most supportive way possible.
The 3 month package is $2,450, which makes each consultation $270.

Nicole is a Naturopath with over 17 years’ clinical experience in helping her clients achieve their health goals. On completion of her Bachelor of Naturopathy at Southern Cross University in Australia, Nicole was awarded the Versatility Award for Clinical Practice.
Nicole enjoys working with patients with all types of health issues, however has a special interest in digestive, immune and reproductive health. These interests have seen Nicole help many women with SIBO, IBS, Infections, Endometriosis, PCOS, and fertility issues lead healthier happier lives.

LISA CROWLEY
Lisa has a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and is a certified Theta Healer. With over 10 years of clinical experience she is very knowledgeable, has a kind nature and is solution focused. She strives to get you on the best treatment to ensure positive results.
Like the rest of the team, food as medicine is a big focus in her treatment combined with herbal medicine and utilising her skill as a theta healer to assist you in releasing negative sub-conscious thoughts that are holding you back from achieving your greatest desires.

STEPH BEYNON
Steph Beynon became a Naturopathic Doctor to satisfy her desire to help others with solutions for health. Steph has been practicing as a Naturopathic Doctor since graduation in 2010. Before this she taught Nutrition at Simon Fraser University and holds a BSc in Biology. Her depth of scientific knowledge and experience researching evidence based treatments for over 3000 clients comes across in her informative approach - empowering clients with the knowledge for success. Over the decade plus of running her own Naturopathic clinic in Arizona, her clients have remarked on her uncommon ability to listen and her exceptional care.
Steph has a breadth of knowledge to help in diagnosis - identifying areas of imbalance and seeing the body as a connected whole. She has a passion for nutrition, digestive physiology, the gut ecosystem and the power of mind body connections. Her many years helping clients achieve their health goals has reinforced her conviction that our relationship with stress and nervous system patterns underlies so much of our health and behaviours. This plays a big role in gut health, which Steph views as the foundation for the health of entire body, and has always centred her practice around it. To Steph, health is about looking inward. It’s about self discovery and step wise change. She personally seeks to find joy in this self awareness, getting creative with food and self expression.
